I’m Ryleigh McGraw—your calm in the wedding planning storm. Chill, no Bullshit, Type B at heart, but with just enough Type A
(especially in my team) to keep things running smoothly, design guru, planner & new friend.

With over a decade in the industry (venues, catering—you name it), I’ve done and seen it all, so that you do not have to put any guess work into your experience. Instead you get to put your trust in a team and stay grounded to what matters the most. This is about you and your person- not the constant decisions and never ending checklists. I’ve built a kick ass team for that.

So what’s our job? To take the pressure off, jump over daunting tasks, cut through the noise, and make sure your wedding feels effortless, fun, and totally you! We’ll be the one handing you a shot before you walk down the aisle, make sure you actually eat, take a breath, and ensure that you’re fully in the moment. Our couples don’t just love their wedding day because of the stunning designs when they step foot into their reveal, they have the best damn time at them too.

Basically we’ll be keeping the chaos low while the vibes stay high.

When it comes to design-
We are not in the business to just copy your favorite pictures online. We are here to take that as inspiration and shape it to you 100%. It will never make sense to step into a wedding designed for someone else online. That is why we spend the first part of planning getting to know you. 
As planners we are your most intimate vendor relationship through out your engaged time, and trust us, that is a critical part of planning so that you can hand off trust through out planning, on the day of your wedding. 

When it comes to planning- 
We know that the decision fatigue, family input, and the never ending to do list—can be a lot. 
But we also know the joy and fun it can bring when you remember why you are doing this in the first place- remember the part about you marrying the love of your life? 
(Don't worry we will remind you) 
In fact the number one reason our couples book us (outside of our experience and personalities of course), is because life is too busy to add on another job that wedding planning brings, and there are so many choices and decisions to make. 
We help make those decisions with educated experience and take that stress off your plate so you can enjoy this time with your soon to be spouse.
 
At The Label Affair we have a decade of trade secrets up our sleeves, and we happen to also hate a boring party. Design is in our blood, Organization is the only way to succeed, and Fun will be had!
